This is an official Complaint Handling Procedure across Solyda Insurance Broker LLC. Complaints are encouraged to seek resolution of their complaints / grievances or concerns. 

This quality procedure is intended to promote communication between the parties involved, in order to facilitate a mutual understanding of what may be different points of view.
